Along with sharing recipes, I also started Yes, Plant Based to write about my personal health experiences and the incredible transformation that food can make in our lives!
I used to struggle with many health problems such as fatigue, acne, anxiety, digestive issues and emotional eating. For years I felt like I had tried everything to heal my symptoms… Nothing seemed to work.
