Cantaloupe Ginger Juice

This juice combination has a mildly sweet taste with a surprising spicy kick – definitely one of my all time favourites. It’s also super simple and easy to make, and just 2 ingredients!

Benefits

Cantaloupe is loaded with vitamin A as well as vitamin C, and it is a great source of potassium. 

Ginger is a well known super food in the health world! It is known for it’s amazing health benefits such as helping with digestion, relieving nausea, and reducing inflammation. 

Ingredients

1-2 to 1 full cantaloupe

1 inch piece of ginger (use more if you like it extra spicy)
